rules.

A few ground rules keep Crustys safe, clean, and diveable for everyone. Please read before you gear up - and ask our staff if anything's unclear.

01 — In the water

Divers must display their certification and sign a liability release.

Diving must be in buddy teams.Unless certified solo / self-reliant by a nationally recognized agency. If a buddy is needed, arrange in advance - or see Rent a Divemaster on our Rates page.

Do NOT remove or place anything in the water.

Entries and exits only at designated points.

Using specialized gear (line reels, lift bags, DPVs, etc.)? Get staff permission before entering the water.

No spectators, equipment staging, or gear left on the docks.

No standing in shallow water near the shorelines.Need help with buoyancy? Just ask our staff.

No spearfishing or fishing of any type.

Handling, touching, chasing, or harnessing wildlife is prohibited.

Practice good buoyancy. Stay off the bottom and mind your fins to keep visibility high for everyone.

02 — On the property

All guests register at the office first - season pass holders and daily entries alike.

Speed limit is 10 MPH.

Park only in designated areas.

No loud music.

No pets.Service dogs must be licensed.

No fires.

No trash.We're a carry-in, carry-out facility.

Private events

Crustys Quarry may be closed for private events. Closed dates are advertised and posted in advance - check our Facebook before you head out.
